Just so you know, there are actually multiple 'things' inside the MC's body. As far as I remember from the information I've read so far in the novel...
There are 3 sources that I know (maybe more but not sure) :
1. Calamity Witch's Power, the red-haired girl who appears in this chapter (MC's alter ego? Future self?) her identity is unclear, but she definitely the precursor/source of the MC's fire abilities.
2. The Witch's Egg that the MC devoured in the first arc (Lilim?).
3. MC's bloodline? (the novel doesn't explain this in detail yet),
