I've actually read all three.
The left one has great art, interesting plot, and really funny. Sometimes, Artist includes their Art depicting the heroine here, and it looks very beautiful. (Hiatus Manhua, after finishing season 1, season 2 never out).
The middle one has a lot of interesting heroine/waifus with their own character and story, but the story is slow and the MC is too OP. Its really good as long as you didnt expect romance genre... Many heroines (all?) see the MC as the ideal man, even though it is clear that the MC sees them only as clan members, students, or just confidants (yes, and the clan only has beautiful female members besides the MC). (Ongoing Manhua).
As for the right one, the plot feels a bit lacking, but it's still quite interesting (Hiatus Manhua, I forgot the story and for some reason mangadex lists this as Complete).
