@hydraingea that doesn't confirm it tho, it's a masculine pronoun but that doesnt mean that a woman cant use it (or a humanoid cat, for that matter lmao), you can find on twitter users who read the first volume directly stating that the gender is unknown (for instance, this user: https://twitter.com/espacio53/status/1307605154330365954), plus the pixiv raws completely lack the tag 'BL', so for now I'd say it's actually more likely that the cat is a girl (also idk but im sorry if my comment sounds rude, i really didnt mean it ?? i dont really interact in the comments and tbh i'm kinda nervous lol)
