The novel version is called "Madam, your sockpuppet is lost again". I haven't looked to see how close the Manga resembles it but it was a slow burn when dealing with her family because she can't be bothered with them.

There are close to 400 chapters if I remember this novel correctly, but it seems in the novel the MC simply doesn't care about the cruddy family members and doesn't allow them to live rent free in her mind.

Would highly recommend reading the WN as it explains things alot better than what the manga shows.
