I'd have to agree on @woodycyber on this one, taking advantage of someone while they're drunk is... actually illegal here in the states.
It's actually kind of ambiguous whether or not they actually had sex or they just fooled around. I'm only a little ways ahead of the releases, since I read it as I translate for you guys, but I still have no idea.

well, everything indicates that they did have sex. but I have been thrown for a loop about this before, where it turned out they fooled around or the fmc threw up on the mc shirt. we will have to wait and see what the future brings.
