Takara Tomy is currently setting up an office/subsidiary in NYC called T-Licensing specifically for the global release of Beyblade X. Nobody is sure if Hasbro is completely out yet or not but if they are still involved, TT is basically breathing down their neck to make sure they don't screw this up.
