Everyone's crying about the ending, why?

I have no idea bro, I think this series is a Masterpiece.
The ending was beautiful, yet depressing. Similar to 20th Century Boys' ending.

before they removed all the chapters and replaced them with new translators, this was the most fun and confusing manga i've ever read. binge reading was... something. at times i dont even understand the story but in the end its all just... Billy The Bat.

We did it! My goal was to get Vols 1-11 out before June (the official release's first volume due date: link). Vol's 10 and 11 were uploaded pretty much back to back... Vol 12 will take some time. Going to take a little break (a few months max) and ease back into it. Thanks for reading, everyone!

Well, I just read volume 1 of the Kana release, compared it to my own work, and I'm pleased to say that everything looks great from Kana. The cover has a satisfying spot-gloss, they used their re-draw resources well to make every single sound effect in English, the font work is nice, and the translation is great. Nothing really worth making any pointers about, other than there are certainly some things that were handled better in the Kana release compared to my version. I expected to find these sorts of things, since Billy Bat vol. 1 is actually my first crack at taking on any sort of Japanese -> English localization. It wasn't totally one sided though, there were a couple of very small things where I feel like something was handled a little too rigidly by the Kana team, but we're talking minuscule stuff. I can genuinely recommend this for fans!
