Nope, I think it's cropped from a site that only has long strip format chapters.

Not only from your side, other uploads from this scan seem to have the same problem. They probably just screenshot a manga in long form then send it and not even see if they did it correctly or not.

To reduce the cropping issue switch the reader to long strip and set the page margin to 0.
