What even happened to Fuyu? Did she backstab Zouichi at the last second and get shot? Why was Eo Green lost in some tower when Kardal was supposed to take care of her? Then again she was put on the bus too like Nishu was unfortunately.

As far as I understood it, Fuyu didn't betray Zouichi but rather helped him by exploding the little robot she was in. That way their chasers were taken care of and Zouichi could advance. And that's why they want to find equipment to extract her AI and rebuild her a body.

Regarding all the other questions I have no idea. This was somehow far harder to follow and understand than BLAME.
