MC if ancient memory serves me correct basically mistreated his waitresses/staff. Not in the overt creepiness of others, but in a more passive aggressive sort of misogyny. At the very least not being sympathetic to issues they faced with bad customers and standing up for them(perhaps a suck it up buttercup type attitude).

So he basically got the "walk in their shoes" treatment. Which seems to have worked out the worst for him, as he hasn't properly reflected, but also isn't someone benefitting from the change(the others seem to embrace the lolification in various ways, but Manager has been very resistant). I think he started to realize their difficulties, but never crossed the bridge to realize what he did himself.

But I could be completely wrong, details can blur easily for me with all the series I read, AND it's been quite a while since I read opening chapters.

Wait am I misremembering or are we talking about different people here? I don't recall the virgin alliance guy having a job/coworkers. Unless it was hidden in some older chapter, it sounds like you're talking about the burger shop manager.

Yeah. Probs got a bit confused why MC referred to the Burger shop owner, but it makes sense now.

Anyhow, MC's sin is kinda subdued, but I guess he might be an incel? The virgin alliance thing kinda seems to hint at it, but I am not sure there, could also be a loner creep, if his friend is his mirror character. Maybe it will actually be shown later more.
