I feel like the author might pull something along the lines of Muen inheriting Rosseweise’s power and the third child having both lightning and fire if there truly is going to be a third child. I say that as there is a chance there’s gonna be a cliche romcom chapter of the man taking care of the woman who’s sick with nothing kore than just a fever.

Nope, it's the opposite actually. Muen is the one who is able to dual wield Fire and Lightning power whereas their third child can only wield Fire power which is a common spell among dragons. Their fourth child however is a special one but that will be huge spoiler so I'll leave that one out for now
