Now here is an honest question to anyone, who might read this comment. If you have an answer I'd like it, if you @ me in your comment.

If you'd play a RPG and you would have something at hand like an Instant-Level-Skill-to-Masterlevel item, would you rather:

a) ...use it on a skill, that you use all the time (so the Master-Skill level would be advantageous rather often and from the get go), but you would use that skill anyways often and given time it would level up to Master grade naturally at some point, anyway.​

-or-​

b) ...use it on a skill, that you don't use very often, maybe even next to never, but it has some sweet, I mean really sweet, benefits, when reaching Master grade. Maybe not as great as the master-level benefits from a)'s skill, but sweet enough to wanting it in endgame. Though reaching Master grade with that skill without insta-leveling it with the item would take a lot of painful grinding later on.​

For me it would be b).

Of course you can also come up with you own answers c), d),... aso.
