I've read all 12 that are up on MangaDex and I still don't have an answer for you as to why it has the genderswap tag. Maybe something happens in the next eight chapters that are up on the publisher's website, but I have no idea.

I assume someone mistakenly added the Genderbender tag onto the series, because it looks like whoever translated the description for the series failed to notice/proofread the error of referring to the MC with the wrong pronouns, its a common translation mistake from a machine translation.

Given inconsistencies in pronouns and names in some of the later chapters, I was assuming it was machine translation, too. Pretty disappointing.
