i'm really curious about how grevious Su Yue was tortured. considering the things in the torture room, it was terrible; but it might've not been as worse as it looked. without that clarification, it's hard to make sense of Su Yue immediately having a 180 w/ her feelings towards Gu Yu.

Or....it could be a pheromone thing/Su Yue dgaf/or its just the way it is (leaves more scenes for other things ^__^) -- tho having read other chinese novels, the pacing and the inexplainability of it all here is not that weird. it's entertaining actually
