Wizardry notes:
Boltac is supposed to be a dwarf, which is why it "feels off" for an elf to be running the shop
There's no way the Garb of Lords would be for sale there, much less an Elven Chain. The best he sells is Breastplate +1 (Elven Chain is Chain Mail +2)
Mage Masher: 1d6 + 1 damage, +5 to hit, 2 attacks, Protection from Mages (attacks from Mage-type enemies fails 50% of the time)
Blade Cuisinart: 1d3 + 9 damage, +6 to hit, 4 attacks
