The only consolation is that they only scanlated five chapters for this series.

I would like to know what this editorial page was like out of curiosity.

However, I can say with certainty that many would not force Mai to use her original pronouns simply because her transformation was a complete one (which is to say, the sort you won't see in real life until science catches up to fiction).
As for the 'marriage' with Kajun, I don't know what you're talking about. There are Yuri elements in their relationship, but then again, the dynamic which I spotted in Remix Heart with Taro and Shiori was just as 'encouraging'.
