Blocking a specific chapter

From what I heard, blocking based on the specific uploader (user) is impossible due to a technical limitation, but what about blocking a specific chapter/upload?

Say there's this 1 chapter with 1 HQ upload and 1 LQ upload. Would it be possible to block that 1 LQ upload (but not the entire group that uploaded it or the
no group" group)?

No. just click on the hq one and never click the low
