I'm glad the dad is finally taking initiative to be a good father and do right by his family despite everything. But I dunno how helpful it will be for Sei rn. He doesn't know Sei very well. And is ignorant to the abuse he suffered, so he may not know how to help him. I believe he that even tho he has been neglectful till now he can still turn things around and be a good father and with his mom away Sei could slowly get better, but I don't believe that's how things are gonna go. Especially since he doesn't believe that the mom is guilty and will try to fight for her, so she can come back.
