I kind of wish they held the confession scene a bit longer. It feels a bit rushed maybe its the pacing as i read it. However 2-4 more panels couldnt have hurt ?

I'm so confused. Is this in the anime or nah? My memory of the anime's ending is not that clear, but it's somewhat similar to this. But then, I don't remember seeing the play in the anime so did they skipped that or something?

Damn the anime ends on chapter 25? I'm glad I went with the manga. Had a feeling they couldn't cover the 40 something chapters in 13 episodes.

@drugmugger Anime ends with the trip to the aquarium. It's very much worth watching if you're a fan of the manga, though.

Yes it is super typical, but at least this was pretty much set up from the beginning. It was also handled quite well, giving both sides immediately in the same chapter. I'm looking forward how the rest of this arc will play out.

So far this was a great manga. But I feel like it's a lil overhyped because I heard it's the best or at least one of the best Yuri works out there.
Imo it's 10% Yuri (romance) and 90% coming of age (drama) so seeing people advertise this as Yuri romance is ehhh. Of course this is "so far" I still have hopes for this to be my fav Yuri but until the last chapter this is my opinion of this.

But what I REALLY like about this is the art style and the delivery of scenes + paneling. It gotta one of the best out there. There's also all the symbolism (which I don't always get in literature but whatever) which is great
