Picked up a copy of this myself at this past Comiket, very worthy purchase. Thankfully it seems Matanonki considers this to be merely Season 1 of his time with BA, so I'm looking forward to a second compilation that starts with his Seia books in the next few years.
There are a couple of things worthy of TL notes on the first two books, the ones I'm responsible for and most intimate with:
1) on page 044.png, the final bubble of Iroha's dialogue and the two options Sensei has to choose from are directly tied together. Iroha's dialogue on this page is as follows:
「先生は・・・毒か何かですか？おかしいと気付いたときにはもう・・・手遅れで、溶け込んで、蝕んで、そうやってわたしを中からオカしてくー♥」
The final verb tying it all together is オカす, but crucially it's in katakana, and not using a kanji. This makes what she's saying to technically be ambiguous, as the verb おかす "okasu" has three potential options depending on the kanji being used (and if you ignore the entire context of what she's saying).
okasu is actually a fairly common verb used in our line of work, when used with 犯す as the kanji, and it means to assault, to ravish, etc. You almost always see it handled very clunkily and out of place in lesser translations as "to ravage," "to ravish" or "to rape." MTL especially fucks this up.
Another way to use okasu is 侵す, which means "to intrude upon," "to violate" or "to infringe upon." You are acting against some other party's explicit desires and forcing yourself upon them in some way that they do not appreciate.
Finally, the third use of okasu is 冒す, meaning something along the lines of "to desecrate," "to ruin" or "to afflict" in the sense of how a disease afflicts someone, typically in a corrosive (i.e., destructive) manner.
(All three of these verbs share a common theme in that they would generally be considered actions or events that the receiver would not be happy with happening to them)
Through context, it seems perfectly clear that Iroha is referring to this third use of okasu when she's talking about how she sees Sensei as some sort of poison that has afflicted her, but the horny little brat knows exactly what she's doing when she uses that term, because when Sensei's barely-still-there sex-addled mind hears her, he visualizes 犯す and 侵す, which I treated as "to invade" and "to violate." Matanonki is a hell of a writer.
2) On Iroha's bonus pages (page 057.png), she uses a specific term: 蓋をする (futa wo suru), which is basically 1:1 in use and meaning as the English idiom "to put a lid on [it]," in both the literal meaning (keep something stopped up to prevent leakage) as well as in the sense that someone wants something to be kept hush hush or otherwise unacknowledged/ignored. In this case, the meaning is ambiguous in that it can mean both. The thing with Iroha is that we know she LITERALLY needs cum inside of her or she is physically negatively affected, so she could be saying "don't pull out and let all the cum leak out this time," but it's also clear that she was trying to keep her favourite position (and just how loving and tender it is) a secret from Sensei, seeing as she lies about never giving the question any thought and trying to misdirect him about it. Given that, she could also be saying "don't say a single word about this, I don't want to hear it" when she uses 蓋をする. Matanonki is a hell of a writer.

3) There are references to Iroha's ingame Momotalks/Relationship Stories found in both books, but especially in book 1. The thing is, Nexon's shit mostly sucks, so I picked and chose what to keep and what to retranslate... so if you read something and go "hey this is familiar why isn't it like what they did in the game," that's why. I can't stand Nexon.
