Extravagantly gothic and impenetrable.

The most literal interpretation I could think of is that she's
a serial-killer hoping to be killed by her next lover/victim
. But it's so tangled in metaphor and possibly-irrelevant imagery as to be anyone's guess, short of the author explaining what's what.

But this doesn't look like the sort of thing you're supposed to ever understand too well. It seems to be here to be fascinating and dark, not to provide insight—incidentally I'm accordingly dubious about that "philosophical" tag.

The "fantasy" tag, too, come to think of it—it's not at all clear to me whether any of the imagery is to be taken literally.
