Is it safe to say this was a 'textbook' vs. 'non-traditional' fight like with the first series where Yukinori was fighting Dai over following the standard vs. Dai doing whatever tf he wanted?

In regards how to approach music, I don't think Dai makes a better point than Ernest, but Ernest's goal was to win and that obviously didn't happen. However, for a crowd pleaser, it's a bit contradictory to only want to play fewer, finer avenues. If you play for the crowd, then play for lots of crowds, how else are you supposed to get better at it?
