It's really all too convenient that they wait for each others' problems to be "resolved" before anyone else's problems surface. First of all, it's one and done. We don't see lingering after effects of their arcs. Girl got raped? Nah, we're over that now, and that's basically never brought up again. Maybe each person's issues will be brought back up to show that they're still working through them. We will see.

Second, though, it's just so convenient for the author. Nevermind the fact that each of them had these problems for a while. They take their turns and don't let all the issues pile up at once. It's never too much for our boy the MC to handle.
