This was the first chapter of Vol. 1 in the official English release! Imagine that, starting 11 volumes deep, skipping the entire setup behind the arc, and then the very first page is a popularity poll for characters you've never seen before. No wonder they only released 5 volumes this way.
Of course, not to be confused with the OTHER volume they released earlier, which included chapters 93-107. That's right, it spanned two volumes! And then when they started serializing it regularly, they just skipped the last 2 chapters in Volume 10! And the chapters from the first 8 volumes have NEVER BEEN RELEASED!! I know this series is just a bunch of silly jokes and nonsense, but c'mon. It deserves a little more respect than that, don'tcha think?
