Had to reread, but man - this is living up to the series thesis that most humans are pure scum.

That said, I am glad to see more of this! I hope the flashback doesn't go on too long, as there are a lot of fun plot threads we're already waiting to see continued with. (I wonder when his garbage family is gonna come back into this... Especially his mom; I'm having a hard time reading her, and if she was acting cold due to societal norms and keeping up appearances - or if she is just as heartless and horrid as the rest.)

so from the looks of it Joffrey likes Raisa, but the 'odd' bit is that Joffrey call Oberyn his father and Oberyn called Raisa his daughter, so should it be in-law on some part (i.e. Joffrey and Raisa are betrothed) or a half sibling type of deal, or maybe Oberyn adopted one of them?
