Your typesetting is improving (it's still pretty bad) but your TL remains very questionable and at times confusing to read, as if you don't even know english.
There are way better ways to learn both, for example by scanlating fan comics or doujinshi.

He's using MTL, which translates a bit weird.

I've done some MTL scanlations with aid of basic Japanese in the past, have about 20 releases, and the result was pretty good though probably not perfect. It helps a lot having good language and editing skills though.
