Doesn't get dealt with too often as groups have no visibility unless they're manually searched for or attached to a chapter, and if they're a new user uploading a chapter for a weird group we'll see it in the upload queue.
Generally they don't even try uploading chapters anymore, they just make group/title pages that get three views in a week. Not sure why they even bother.

I see it's marked as "FIxed," but it isn't really, is it? Not if anyone can create a new group without requiring staff approval. Seems like there's the potential for a lot of nasty spam links if they got serious about it.

@Sayo_Aisaka Groups have no visibility without attached chapters, which are locked behind staff approval. The reason there's so many of these groups hanging around is because no-one ever sees the damn things.
