Wrong. If you have the internet you can use a people look up site. Give me a number and I will tell you not only their name, but what city they live in. Maybe even their address. And that's without paying for more info.
How did I learn this? A forum member on a gamer forum demonstrated it to get kids not to post their phone numbers when I was 8.
