I'm only a couple chapters in, but these are really quite nice. Also, well off the beaten shoujo path in terms of where the author's lens chooses to focus in the stories, too.
...And I am reminded that this author is actually quite good at writing impactful, moving stories. In her more popular long-running serialization, they all sort of got mushed together and a lot of the impact got lost, I feel.
