Looking through the rest of the things this person has made, I've got a few guesses as to what going on here.
A. It's a stand in for themself. They always draw a blue eyed, brown haired boy.
B. They might be specifically attracted to blue eyes, brown hair, which might be even worse considering the material.
C. Author cannot think of any more ideas.

First of all I made an account just to make this comment.
Secondly NEVER draw, write a plot or release anything again, this is the worst thing I have seen and readen until now and will likely stay like that forever.
Thirdly I hope u get skinned and thrown in a salt pit by the mafia.
And as a last point meant to whoever recommended this to me and author: why did u recommend me first of all incest and secondly pedophilia, the boy looks like 10 and the sisters 16-18.
