Is it me, or is author completely leaving out MC's job? Journey to the surface from MC's place is a two day journey. Even if only spend a day on surface that's a total of five days. Since Shizuku is on his shoulder and it's extremely unlikely he has more than a day or two between shifts at the restaurant how is he going to avoid getting fired? Is he going to remember after gets back and in deep trouble or did he request for more time off?
In any case, it's good they're all getting along and working well together. Although he should have gotten some cheap glass or plastic beads/items to sell. While the stuff is really cheap and common here being machine made raises the quality of work such as being almost perfectly spherical in shape, with a variety of solid colors and designs. In the world of the dungeon plastic is a non-existent material making it beyond just extremely rare, everything is slowly handcrafted which takes time and extremely difficult to make a uniform shape, colors are usually dyes which can fade or bleed after numerous washing, and buffs or enchantments usually have to be applied separately to items using rare materials raising the price.
