I did add it when I created the page, but it was later edited out by someone else. I didn't know why at first, but I consulted the MD tag definitions and apparently you can only add the shota tag when the work rating is at least suggestive. Since this one is safe (for now) the tag was probably removed for that reason
I don't really agree with that but it's the rules, so can't do anything about it unfortunately
