A) said no and immediately left the room, she would have tried to stop him by pleading and him asking why should he when her "teaching" is over and then leaves anyway
B) give her a fake number, she later on gets mad about what he did by telling him in class the next day or on text (which she gets from sledges in teacher room) and texts him to come after school for reeducation on what he did....He doesn't go. She decides that she has to then start walking him to the English Room herself from now on to make sure he actually goes.
And there you go (as a start) you keep his distrust\hate of teachers and her lengths to "reeducate" and funny situations to go with it

Kind of annoying, the "problem child who always speaks his mind" is allowing himself to be led around the nose without speaking his mind properly. Author wrote a character with a reputation for having the spine to stand up to the teachers, but then immediately removed his spine because they couldn't figure out how to do romance with a real human who has a spine.
