Yep. And from what I've read, I can't upload the next/previous chapters on Mangadex anymore unless I got the permission from the author directly(?)
Makes me wonder what to do with the half finished chapter 53.

I think the rules are still similar but the dex is explicitly passing on the burden of dmca to the uploaders...
