Right?! I'm lost here too! What the fuck did he do?

Yamada no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu moment? We need HER pov right now, a in depth and detailed POV not just a 3 panel flashback.
The author is piling up way too much of the blame on him recently. Both sides are at fault, now show her own inner struggles and stop mystery boxing her thoughts so much.
She is as much of a main character as him, so TREAT HER LIKE A MAIN CHARACTER TOO.
It’s too early to be thinking like this 😆This chapter made me feel like I'm not cut out for romance. Kudos to the author to making me feel as lost as Kyo in the beginning, but he has more emotional maturity than me it seems.
But they really aren't making their whole lives about each other though.. they're both incognito in public as well as separated for like 80% of the timeJust so yall know, it's OK to not make your entire life about the one you're dating. Everyone has their own lives to live and only spending time with one person is codeoendance, not love. Yamada is over reacting but they're kids, so of course they both will

I think which side people take usually varies depending on where they are. For example, on Twitter, people tend to be more inclined to call out Kyotaro, while here they are more sympathetic to him and call out Yamada. I think it's easier for users here to empathize with him because he seems closer to them, and also because we usually see the story from his point of view. Not sure why almost everyone's arguing like it's a single, detached moment behind all of this when it's actually the culmination of basically their whole relationship dynamic so far. Sure they're both partly to blame, but Kyo really has been the driving force in making it what it is.
Even though Yamada values her career, she's always been striving for them to be together more, advancing the relationship and prioritizing it over other things at times. Kyo on the other hand, while a noble idea, has taken the opposite position and denied this believing he's doing her a favor by putting the relationship second, even if he at the core doesn't want to.
Having these numerous situations piled up it's easy to understand why Yamada is genuinely doubting Kyo's commitment and how important their relationship is to him. I think people are being too hard on her and not seeing the bigger picture. The entire point is showing the faults of Kyo only considering what he thinks is best for her/them, not what Yamada wishes for, and because she loves him and knows he has good intentions, she bitterly accepts it nonetheless
Could be, there's absolutely distinct differences between websites. In that case it only makes it all the more important to present a different perspective on here thoughI think which side people take usually varies depending on where they are. But yes, I think when things like this happen, people sometimes start to lose sight of the nuances.
