Yes, chapters are missing, no it doesn't impact your reading experience since the chapters don't follow each other.
I'll try to do as many chapters as possible as I get access to actual translations. No, I don't have a release schedule, it's all "when it's done".

@KingNova777 just couple of hours ago. Numbers of chapters were like 1,2, 5, 16, 22, 28 and so on...

@KingNova777 I uploaded as I finished the chapters while anon was translating them as they came, I could either create a random chapter order that way I'd have screwed up everyone wanting to pick it up or I could leave the gaps and have it be easier for other groups.
