George Washington's presidency ended 1794. So if what you're saying is true, it was at least 227 years since that man's father was born. The oldest man in history became 116. The oldest man to ever have a child was 92. So if we assume for argument's sake that the father was born on the last year of George Washington's presidency and was also the oldest man to have a child, and his son was the oldest man to ever live, then he gave birth to his child 1889 and the son would've died in 2005. But they're obviously neither of those things.
