Really loving the vibe of these two. Also, it looked like Ichikawa unexpectedly landed a critical hit with the smile on that last page, lol.
In my opinion, this is the moment where Yamada really starts liking him romantically.
Indeed.
This moment of Yamada reacting to Ichikawa saying "It's awesome, right?!" is much more noticeable in the anime, where Yamada audibly gasps.

The rest of the comment is for people who are reading the manga a second time. I hope it's OK.
The rough consensus on forums (here, MAL, reddit) is that this arc is when Yamada starts to realize that she likes Ichikawa. This page in chapter 25, the lift closeness in chapter 26, and the Milk Tea moment in chapter 27 all point to it.
... and, as we later see in chapter 64, that Milk Tea bottle becomes pretty important.

Side note: it's also foreshadowed a tiny bit in Extra Chapter 17.4.

Whats this even about now...?
SImply put, that workplace observation (specifically, Ichikawa landing a critical hit on Yamada with his smile) marks the get-go of the trinity of moments where Anna Yamada felt in love with Kyotaro Ichikawa.

I was reading the official German translation and noticed a small translation difference.

On the first page, when Yamada is arguing with Kobayashi:
Boredom SocietyOfficial Seven Seas EntertainmentOriginal Japanese

Japanese transcribed, for reference:
じゃあ帰りね
帰りでもダメ
Google Translate gives:
Well then, go home
Even on the way home
Deepl:
Well, I'm heading home.
Not even on the way back
