I think the author wanted a manga where the main characters could be raped without the story ending and thus this manga is the conclusion he arrived to. Just use time-looping and even main characters can be raped a lot.

I assume it is a spinoff even though I don't remember the characters. The MAL page lists the light novel for the other story as the parent. I read a decent chunk of the novel version years ago.

I mean besides the first 2 chapters does it even shock the reader? I think this is more to please the readers with rape fetishes... or the author's fetish since this is his second manga with the exact same premise. Just that he can have the heroines raped too now
