Now that i think about it...
The other mango mc asked can he revive after he dies and the pc answered he cannot, now this mc always revive after he dies back to his last save point/checkpoint.

I don't think it's shared universe plot because if they ever met they'll be quite a strong duo, this manga mc can just go die and inform the other manga's mc to solve everything just like subaru.

It's kinda confusing, lol. The academy is named the same, the earthquake event is the same, the level-up system is the same, monsters appear to be the same. Aside from the loop mechanic (which is yet to be explained), only the uniform seems to be different (at the very least, it looks like here they've got summer uniforms, cause they don't wear jackets), but that maybe just artist's take on character design.
