It's fine if she has a lover. After all, it's been 3 years since the incident. But the real bitch move was not telling him about your lover and giving him false hope by asking for his number without making it clear that you love someone else.
Secondly, why aren't you already telling the world that he was just rescuing you from a pedo rapist? That would certainly help make his life less miserable.

The unfortunate fact is, life still goes on. You can't exactly blame someone for moving on. Saving a girl from being rape doesn't automatically give you exclusive access to her heart.

This doesn't mean that I didn't feel pissed off, but what I feel doesn't change the cold reality.

Instead, I criticized her decision to come at him. It would've been much better if she were to leave him alone instead of giving false hope.

You need to consider that the MC himself intentionally hide that she was raped. Why? To hide the fact that she was "dirty", ofc. There was two option: to come clean and reveal what MC tried to hide even if the world would know she were raped, or to stay silent and let the MC concealed that. She chose silence, and in my opinion, there's no ground to blam her for that because it was MC's decision to not tell the truth.

The problem is that she's not silent because of MC. She states quite clearly that she doesn't want anyone to find out about it, no matter what. Similarly, she didn't even bring up the topic of clearing up the misunderstanding after meeting the MC after 3 years, which just feels like she was taking his sacrifice for granted.
