Ok, It looks like she does have some shame. But it also looks like she absolutely doesn't want to let anyone know about the rape. Meaning that she thinks that meeting him out of pity as a form of gratitude is enough to repay him and that what is happening to him is horrible, but since she doesn't want to expose the rape, that means that he will just have to suck it up and tough it out.
