From the way it was worded, it appears as if Lovelem is going to be added. I'd give it a rather high chance, at least, since Lovelem did ask before Norun made his move on her, and Lovemea and Misha are already referring to it as if Norun has already made her a fiancee as well.

Noa is completely up in the air and can go either way. However, I'd say the possibility rose above 50% for Noa to be one as well after Lovemea's comment on him 'raising her flag'. Plus, if the author is allowed to 'add' members to Norun's harem with Lovelem, then it paves the way for Noa to more easily 'join', canon-wise.

The manga currently only has two more chapters released past the end of this volume, which focus on the 'original fourth' bride, and hints of the situation in the castle. So I also am not sure if they plan to wrap it up in the next volume, or expand it into two more. I know we've covered up through the first nine now of the original, with 8 skipped, and with my guess being that 10 is most likely being 'summed up' inside the shopping trip chapter. The next 'chapter' of the manga will probably show if whether they plan to add fluff or go full in on finishing the plot. So we'll see.

He probably won't marry her because the hero married Princess Natalia as his fourth wife, and she was the last wife to appear in the Doujinshi. Loveleme didn't appear there; I saw the hero marry the princess and become king, but I didn't see him marry Loveleame, so he probably won't marry her. But I sincerely hope he actually marries her.
