Chapter 55 was the final chapter that Jirou Sugiura completed before his hiatus last year.

The rough sketch versions of chapter 56 and chapter 57 are up on the BokuTsuma page of his Pixiv but I haven't been keeping track of whether the finished art versions have yet been published.

He's been sporadically uploading rough sketch pages of chapter 58 on his Twitter in-between posting pages from other things he's working on.
Thanks for keeping us updated!
From what i understand from Jirou Sugiura's Twitter via Google Translate, he really enjoys writing the stories and drawing the rough sketch layout pages but dislikes the amount of work he has to put in finishing the art for publication so, my theory is that, since he created a manga successful enough to get an anime, he might now have enough leverage with the publisher to agitate for an assistant to help him finish the art, which is what I suspect the hiatus was really about. And that may also apply to other mangaka who get a manga series animated and then go on hiatus after the adaptation finishes airing, that they feel like it gives them more leverage with the publisher.

Or he might have just felt like taking a break without any particular agenda.
He seems to be working on other stuff as well so maybe besides what he has said could also be that the creative juices are lacking, it's an AMAZING manga but at the point it is he really need to look into situations and where to move the story now, the whole terrorist, robot hate, alien part seemed to not be very liked at least here so maybe he's figuring it out, maybe next "serious" saga will be how to handle.... more active exercises

For now at least we have peak sweetness again and my diabetes is getting worse for it ♥️

That arc had issues, especially with the unnamed "uncle" villain who just shows up out of nowhere, but I still wish that Jirou Sugiura would give us a proper resolution chapter to that arc to show what happens to the Citlalys after the malicious programming that the "uncle" installed had been removed. A few pages of Citlaly #2 apologizing to Megu for kidnapping her (and almost getting her murdered by "uncle") would be a good start (even though I don't think Citlaly #2 bore much responsibility for her actions since the malicious progam obviously affected the judgment of the Citlalys that were under the influence of the "uncle").

Plus there's the whole question of what happened to Satsuki between chapter 46 and her presumed reappearance in chapter 53 as the robot in the park with the hat and new non-Mina limbs.
