I think, maybe? I don't feel like looking. This is the one where the girl is somehow super rich, paid off his parents' debt, and forced MC to live with her. Too bad we'll never get answers now.

80ish% sure that there's another with pretty much the same premise.. but I remember the key points were that they never explained their sort of obsession with the MC, and would never let them in their room.
Can't quite remember, but I think it had more of an onee-san vibe.
