This cop is getting ridiculous. Why is everyone in this manga so dumb. Why didn't those two trained assassins kill him back at the hotel? Why didn't these yakuza who outnumber him just jump his ass when they were beating up their boss? Why would one of them get so close that this dumbass could somehow in one shot stab a pencil into his brain?

Killing a cop, even a dirty one, would raise the heat on them to boiling point and I wouldn't be too surprised if the reason Shuuto is in a police interrogation room sometime later is because he and Mimosa kill him eventually.

Because he has a big fuck-off revolver, and the one guy already got blasted for trying it.
