I didn't think of that possibility, forgot that there is healing. But this wouldn't be a c-section, we taking about cutting open a womb which in the process could kill her before any healing can occur.

I'm a bit surprised that the wasps removed her clothes without leaving any traces of them anywhere, and also that they didn't set any measures to restrain her (poison to paralyse her or tie her up with some other secretion). As it is, she could start crushing some larva if she had the will. The other woman in the cave do seem to be incapacitated in some way, so perhaps she had some resistance due to leveling up?
