You're most likely not a "player" unless you reach level 1, so no menus and partying until you at least kill 1 monster. I think they're power levelling the ones who are already lvl 1.

And on page 20 you put her name as Alice and not Arisu

This one was pretty brutal in a way... poor girls. I hope the girls alive can be saved and not being broken.

This manga is showing the really dark side of orcs like how is on goblin slayer with goblins. Both are fodder on other mangas as weak and here not.

Pretty sure most are, since this whole mountain is an academy, serving kids from middle school and up, and we only see a couple in each building still twitching or groaning.

I have to say I dislike the mechanism where the party exp is shared even when only a single member is doing all the killing and the rest are doing nothing but hiding in the bushes. It's so stupid. If that doesn't exist in an isekai, then it's going to be the last strike gets all the exp system (which also exist in this story, naturally, which is how they level up from 0 to 1). So, high level guys and gals take a noob with them, find a dragon and beat it until 1 HP remains. Then the noob lands a single hit with a dagger. The dragon dies, the noob gets a million exp and becomes immediately level 30 or something. As far as isekai authors are concerned, that's perfect storytelling.
