She has no proof of anything that happened, he has two lackeys that will defend him, he has been acting as the nice guy who helps everyone out since the start, and he has the recording which will be evidence against her character and a possible motive for her to attack his character.
She has nothing against him, at least until he creampied her since now she has physical evidence that they had sex, but still not enough circumstantial evidence to support that it was non-consensual. He can still easily spin it back as she tricked him into having sex with her to get rid of the recording and now use it to attack his character.

Not really. It probably falls into what psychology research would call isolated and confined extreme environment. Small group of people confined together in isolation, it can get really taxing, unlike when we can just go out and interact with many people including strangers (or just take temporary escape). So it push them to the breaking point and made the worse side of their personality hard to keep in check.

I first heard it from story of preparation for long term mission. For example, undersea station, or long period space flight to another planet (where constraints mean you can’t bring many people).
They actually tried in place like isolated research facilities and track how the crew react.
Because if they start killing each other from mental breakdown in space it would be too late.
