Wait a minute, Ashley actually overheard about Glen's paternity, and the location matches Nishina's description. So Nishina is the real deal after all? If not, then the only other possibility is Lucas himself.

I was thinking "more secret with Veronica's night" and then the final page hit me!

so did he die at the spot ?! did Lucas heal him or did Lucas actually finish him and that's why he can be healed with priest magic now (if it's the same magic that killed him) ?
at this point the only way for Nishina to be innocent is remembering his night with Veronica.

Okay, who else is bemused by Yuu's reaction when she heard the princess and Ashley was alone together at one point? Too bad Haruko and Zeze weren't there. Haruko would want to clobber Ashely while Zeze would struggle to keep the murderous intent behind his Zeze face.

So Cotton stabbed Ashley. Had to reread chapters and it was mentioned by Nanaura that Cotton did kill someone in the past (chapter 27). I guess it was Ashley, am I right? I'll have to reread more regarding Ashley's past life.

I love the pages where Ooki is asking valid questions about her feelings for Ashley & Nishina, and how we transition immediately from that to Haruko watching Minami and Hiroki discuss the existence of Glen. Such a great thematic parallel drawn between all those characters, and no extra exposition needed.

Also Hiroki's face during the mention of 'that night' was hilarious

@youdontknowwho Nishina knew what happened to Ashley and he didn't confront Nanaura about this. Nanaura also admitted to Maki (chapter 27) that Cotton did murder/killed someone in Moswick.

Also in chapter 27, Minami confirmed that Lucas died through magic so there's a big chance that Lucas is reincarnated as well.
